We’re always looking for passionate individuals to join our franchise family – it just so happens that some of our own climbed the ranks from store team members to corporate to franchisees.

Several of our franchise locations are owned by corporate employees themselves. Our teams’ passion to live a healthy lifestyle and dedication to serving their community makes them great extensions of our brand.

Anna Denooijer is our director of franchise development, while also being part-owner of the Southfield, Michigan location and two upcoming locations. Not only is she well versed in the benefits of our franchise opportunity, but Denooijer also strongly believes in the core values that our brand encompasses. 

“The opportunity to invest with a group of other corporate members came up, and I quickly jumped on it,” Denooijer said. “My role at Beyond is to guide potential candidates through the process of becoming franchisees and sharing our brand initiative to ‘be the best part of someone’s day’ as they learn more about our business opportunities. I feel good about the opportunities Beyond provides for other people. I wanted that for myself and family also.”

Additionally, our recent opening in Bloomfield Hills at Maple and Lahser features a team of corporate employees, who banded together to open a location of their own. Jeff St. Andrew, director of training, is just one of the corporate team members involved.

In his corporate role, St. Andrew oversees the planning, design and implementation of our training program. His passion for our business and fluency in assisting other entrepreneurs inspired him to open his own location, alongside others, to form a powerhouse ownership group. 

“As a franchisee, I feel much more connected to the needs of other owners at the individual business level, and that helps guide a lot of the decision making for updating or creating new training initiatives,” St. Andrew said. “It feels extremely rewarding to be a part of it.”

We’re proud to have cultivated a franchise opportunity that excites even our corporate team members. As a rising leader in the healthy fast-casual food industry, we’re celebrating the signed agreement for our 50th location, a true testament to our brand’s rapidly growing reputation as a healthy Midwest staple.
