Beyond franchise owners are small business owners who are pillars within their communities. After visiting a Beyond Juicery + Eatery restaurant in Michigan, Eric Engelke instantly fell in love and knew the business model was perfect for the Cleveland area. Since then, he has opened locations in Downtown Cleveland, Cleveland Uptown, Highland Heights, Mentor, Brecksville, Copley, Lakewood and Green. 

“It has been amazing to see the reaction from Cleveland residents and the city’s surrounding suburbs as we brought the Beyond Juicery + Eatery name to Ohio,” said Engelke. “We opened our first restaurant in July of 2020, and since then, the anticipation for our seven other locations to open has been greatly felt by the community. I had a connection to the Beyond Juicery + Eatery brand after just my first visit, and bringing its colorful vibe and amazing food to Ohio has been an exciting process.”
